Abstract

Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko'rsatdiki, anamnezida homila nuqsonlari va homila 
o’sishdan to’xtash holati bo’lgan ayollarda pregravidar davrda metilfolat va B guruh
vitaminlarini qo’llash ko'rsatkichlarni sifat jihatidan ham, miqdoriy jihatdan ham 
normallashtirishga imkon beradi, shuningdek, homila nuqsonlari, rivojlanmagan 
homiladorlik, shuningdek gipergomosisteinemiyaga xos bo'lgan homiladorlik
asoratlarini rivojlanish xavfini sezilarli darajada kamaytiradi.Homiladorlik paytida
metilfolatning kofaktorlar bilan saplementatsiyasi rivojlanmagan homiladorlikni 1-
guruhda 6,6 marta, 2- guruhda 17,5 marta, platsenta disfunktsiyasini 1-guruhda 2,5
marta va 2-guruhda 1,5 marta kamaytirishga imkon berdi.
