Abstract

Ushbu maqolada intrakranial bosimning oshishi(intrakranial gipertenziya)ning etiologiyasi, patogenezi, klinik belgilari va diagnostik imkoniyatlari keng yoritilgan. Miya ichidagi bosimning o‘zgarishiga olib keluvchi asosiy mexanizmlar Monro–Kelli doktrinasi asosida tahlil qilingan bo‘lib, likvor dinamikasi, qon aylanishi va miya to‘qimasi hajmidagi buzilishlarning o‘zaro bog‘liqligi ilmiy asosda tushuntirilgan. Kattalar, bolalar va yangi tug‘ilgan chaqaloqlarda uchraydigan klinik belgilar qiyosiy ko‘rib chiqilgan. Diagnostika algoritmida KT, MRT, neyrosonografiya va lumbal punktatsiyaning o‘rni bayon etilgan. Davolash jarayonida konservativ yondashuvlar, osmoterapiya, diuretiklar, sedatsiya hamda jarrohlik usullarining qo‘llanilishi izohlangan. Shuningdek, intrakranial gipertenziyaning og‘ir asoratlari va oldini olishga qaratilgan profilaktik choralarning ahamiyati yoritilgan. Maqolada intrakranial bosim patologiyasini chuqur tahlil qilgan bo‘lib, tibbiy amaliyot va ilmiy izlanishlar uchun muhim nazariy hamda amaliy ma’lumotlarni o‘z ichiga oladi.
