Abstract

Temir elementi inson organizmi uchun zarur bo‘lgan mikroelementlardan biri bo‘lib, uning yetarli darajada mavjudligi organizmning normal faoliyati uchun muhim ahamiyatga ega. Temir gemoglobin va miyoglobin kabi muhim oqsillarning tarkibiga kiradi va kislorod tashish jarayonida ishtirok etadi. Shuningdek, temir bir qancha fermentlarning, xususan, oksidlanishreduktsiya reaktsiyalarini boshqaruvchi fermentlarning tarkibiga kiradi.
