Abstract

Maqola suzuvchilar uchun samarador ovqatlanish strategiyalarini va ularning ishlash va tiklanishini optimallashtirish bo'yicha tavsiyalarni o'z ichiga oladi. Suzuvchilar uchun zarur energiya va muvozanatli ovqatlanishning ahamiyati, uglevodlar, proteinlar va mikronutrientlarning roli haqida so'z boradi. Optimal hidratsiyani saqlashning muhimligi va ovqatlanish va gazak vaqtini belgilash ham maqolaning asosiy mavzusidir.
