Abstract

Yarimo'tkazgichli materiallar turli xil elektron va optoelektronik qurilmalarda keng qo'llaniladi va ularning fizik xususiyatlari ularning ishlashini aniqlashda hal qiluvchi rol o'ynaydi. Biroq, yarimo'tkazgichli materiallarga turli xil tashqi ta'sirlar, masalan, harorat, bosim, radiatsiya, elektr va magnit maydonlar ta'sir qiladi, bu ularning fizik xususiyatlarini o'zgartirishi mumkin. Ushbu tadqiqotda biz tashqi ta'sirlarning yarimo'tkazgich materiallarining fizik xususiyatlariga, shu jumladan ularning elektr o'tkazuvchanligiga, optik yutilishga va tarmoqli kengligiga ta'sirini o'rganamiz.
