Ushbu tezisda jinoiy aktivlarni qaytarishda mazkur boshqaruv tizimlarining ahamiyati va har bir tizimni qaytarilgan jinoiy aktivlarni boshqarishdagi samaradorligi xalqaro tajribalar asosida tahlil qilinadi.
