Abstract
Odontogen flegmonalar yuz-jag‘ sohasining tez tarqaluvchi yiringli yallig‘lanish kasalliklari bo‘lib, chuqur bo‘yin infeksiyasi, mediastinit, sepsis va nafas yo‘llari obstruksiyasi kabi og‘ir asoratlarni yuzaga keltirishi mumkin. Kompleks davolashning asosi infeksiya manbasini bartaraf etish, yiringli o‘choqni ochish va drenajlashdir. Antibakterial terapiya ushbu manba nazoratini to‘ldiruvchi muhim komponent hisoblanadi.
