Abstract
Polycystic ovary syndrome is one of the most common endocrine gynecological pathologies among women of reproductive age, which can lead to menstrual cycle disorders, hyperandrogenism, and infertility. In recent years, the increasing age of first marriage in Uzbekistan (an average of 21.8 years for women and 26.2 years for men in 2024, along with changing birth rates, further highlights the necessity of monitoring reproductive health from an early age.
