Abstract
В статье анализируются ретроспективное результаты лечения 184 больных острым холециститом. Разработаны показания и дифференцированный подход в использовании чрескожной пункции и дренирования желчного пузыря при остром холецистите в зависимости от выраженности внутрипузырной гипертензии, определяемой при ультрасонографии.
