Abstract
The length of the biliopancreatic (BP) limb is the leading technically modifiable determinant of the metabolic effect of mini-gastric bypass (MGB). The optimal limb length for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) has not been determined, and direct prospective comparisons of clinically used lengths are few.
