Abstract

This article analyzes the clinical course of tonsillopharyngitis caused by Group A beta-hemolytic streptococcus in children under the specific climatic conditions of the Surkhandarya region. The study examined the acute onset of the disease, the degree of manifestation of local and general symptoms, and the regional epidemiological situation. The article highlights the problems of differential diagnosis and the importance of timely antibiotic therapy in preventing severe complications such as rheumatism and glomerulonephritis. The obtained results serve as practical recommendations for pediatricians and otorhinolaryngologists in the region.
