Abstract

Yarim o'tkazuvchi polimerlar (YOP) zamonaviy materialshunoslik va nanoelektronika sohalarida keng qo‘llanilayotgan innovatsion materiallar sirasiga kiradi. Ushbu maqolada yarim o'tkazuvchi polimerlarning fizik-kimyoviy xossalari, ularning elektron strukturalari, sintetik usullari hamda amaliy qo‘llanish sohasi atroflicha tahlil etiladi.
