Abstract
Ushbu maqolada rukola (Eruca sativa) o‘simligining dorivor xususiyatlari, kimyoviy tarkibi hamda inson salomatligiga ijobiy ta’siri yoritilgan. Rukola tarkibida A, C, K vitaminlari, temir, kaltsiy, foliy kislotasi kabi foydali moddalarning mavjudligi uni nafaqat oziq-ovqat sifatida, balki tabobatda ham keng qo‘llash imkonini beradi. Maqolada rukolaning immunitetni kuchaytirish, ovqat hazm qilishni yaxshilash, yallig‘lanishga qarshi va antioksidant xususiyatlari ilmiy manbalar asosida tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, rukolani xalq tabobatida ishlatish usullari haqida ma’lumotlar keltirilgan.
