Abstract

Ushbu maqolada mehnat migrantlarining huquqiy holati xalqaro va milliy qonunchilik asosida kompleks tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda Xalqaro Mehnat Tashkiloti (ILO), Xalqaro Migratsiya Tashkiloti (IOM), va Birlashgan Millatlar Tashkiloti (BMT) konvensiyalarining asosiy prinsiplari, shuningdek, Rossiya va Koreya kabi qabul qiluvchi mamlakatlar qonunchiligi asosida migrantlarning asosiy huquqiy himoyasi tahlil qilinadi. O‘zbekistonning mehnat migratsiyasiga oid normativ-huquqiy bazasi o‘rganilib, norasmiy migratsiya oqibatida yuzaga kelayotgan huquqiy bo‘shliqlar va ziddiyatlar aniqlanadi. Maqolada xalqaro tajribaga tayangan holda, O‘zbekiston qonunchiligini takomillashtirishga qaratilgan tavsiyalar ilgari suriladi. Tadqiqot natijalari migratsiyani boshqarishda huquqiy yondashuvning ustuvorligini isbotlaydi.
