Abstract
Maqolada menejerning uslubi va imidji tashkilot muvaffaqiyatida qanday ahamiyatga ega ekani tahlil qilinadi. Uslubning menejment jarayonlaridagi o‘rni va imidjning xodimlar va manfaatdor tomonlar bilan samarali muloqotga ta’siri ko‘rib chiqiladi. Metodologik yondashuvlar va amaliy misollar asosida menejerning uslubi va imidjini shakllantirish bo‘yicha tavsiyalar beriladi.
