Tarixiy kontekstlarni, korrupsiya shakllarini va amalga oshirilgan milliy strategiyalarni o‘rganish orqali maqolada chuqur tahlil qilingan. Bundan tashqari, u Fransiya, Germaniya va O‘zbekiston tajribasini taqqoslab, ularning korrupsiyaga qarshi kurashdagi o‘ziga xos yondashuvlari va huquqiy nuanslarini yoritadi. Muhimi, bu davlatlar tomonidan qo‘llaniladigan turli xil huquqiy landshaftlar va strategiyalarni ochib berish, korrupsiyaga qarshi global sa’y-harakatlar haqida tushuncha berishdir.
