Abstract

Mazkur maqolada infraqizil spektroskopiya usulining nazariy asoslari, ishlash mexanizmi va ilmiy-amaliy ahamiyati batafsil yoritiladi. Infraqizil spektroskopiya elektromagnit nurlanishning infraqizil diapazonida moddalarning yutilish xususiyatiga asoslanib, molekulalardagi kimyoviy bog‘larning vibratsion va deformatsion tebranishlarini o‘rganish imkonini beradi. Ushbu usul yordamida organik va noorganik birikmalardagi funksional guruhlarni aniqlash, molekulyar tuzilishni tahlil qilish, moddalarning sifat va miqdoriy tarkibini baholash hamda kimyoviy jarayonlarni kuzatish mumkin. Infraqizil spektr har bir modda uchun o‘ziga xos bo‘lgan “barmoq izi” xususiyatiga ega bo‘lib, bu noma’lum moddalarni aniqlash va ularni identifikatsiya qilishda muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi.
