Abstract

Mikroorganizmlar genetikasi ularning irsiy xususiyatlari, genetik materialining tuzilishi va funksiyalarini o'rganuvchi fundamental fandir. Bu soha mikroblarning evolyutsiyasi, moslashuvi va patogenligini tushunishda muhim rol o'ynaydi. Prokariotlarda halqasimon xromosoma va plazmidlar, eukariotlarda esa yadrodagi chiziqli xromosomalar genetik xilma-xillikning asosini tashkil qiladi.
