Abstract

Bachadon bo‘yni saratoni ayollar o‘rtasida keng tarqalgan onkologik kasalliklardan biri bo‘lib, uning erta bosqichlarda aniqlanishi samarali davolash va o‘lim ko‘rsatkichlarini kamaytirishda muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi. Zamonaviy skrining usullaridan biri sifatida suyuqlik asosidagi sitologiya keng qo‘llanilmoqda, biroq uning sezgirligi ayrim hollarda cheklangan bo‘lishi mumkin. Shu bois, molekulyar biomarkerlar, xususan DNK metillanish markerlarini aniqlash diagnostika aniqligini oshirishda istiqbolli yo‘nalish hisoblanadi. Ushbu maqolada bachadon bo‘yni saratonining erta skriningida metillanish markerlarining ahamiyati, ularning suyuqlik sitologiyasidan keyingi bosqich sifatida qo‘llanilishi va klinik samaradorligi tahlil qilinadi.
