Abstract
Maqolada maktabgacha taʼlim tashkilotlarida professional segregatsiya muammosi hamda uni kamaytirishda boshqaruv va ijtimoiy hamkorlikning integrativ yondashuvi tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot zamonaviy boshqaruv modellari, institutlararo hamkorlik mexanizmlari va ular orqali segregatsiyani yumshatish imkoniyatlarini yoritadi.
