Abstract
Maqolada global va O‘zbekiston miqyosida erta ta’lim sifatini oshirishning ijtimoiy va iqtisodiy ahamiyati tahlil qilinadi. Maktabgacha ta’lim rahbarlarining pedagogik va boshqaruv ko‘nikmalari sifatni ta’minlashda muhim rol o‘ynashi ta’kidlanadi. Harvard Graduate School of Education (HGSE) tomonidan ishlab chiqilgan Certificate in Early Education Leadership (CEEL) dasturi rahbarlarni erta ta’limning asosiy bilimlari, boshqaruv ko‘nikmalari va transformatsion liderlik vositalari bilan ta’minlashi va maktabgacha ta’lim sifatini oshirish, xodimlarni rag‘batlantirish, barqaror tashkilotlar yaratish va milliy tarmoqni rivojlantirishga xizmat qilishi yoritilgan.
