Abstract
Ushbu maqola maktabgacha ta’lim tashkilotlari (MTT) faoliyati samaradorligini oshirishning muhim yo‘nalishi - pedagoglarning korporativ madaniyatini takomillashtirish va bu orqali boshqaruv samaradorligini oshirish mexanizmlarini tahlil qilish va takomillashtirishga bag‘ishlangan.
