Abstract
Ushbu maqolada maktabgacha ta’lim tashkiloti rahbarining ijtimoiy-pedagogik o‘rni, uning boshqaruv kompetensiyalari va samarali rahbarlik uchun zarur bo‘lgan kasbiy fazilatlar nazariy jihatdan tahlil qilinadi.
