Abstract
Xorazm viloyati iqlimi quruq va tuproq muhiti (pH) ishqori bo‘lgan sharoitda sholining (Oryza Sativa L) turini yetishtirish ilmiy xodimlar, fermerlar va magistrlar uchun fundamental manbai bo’la oladi. Bundan tashqari tarkibida temir, E vitamini, antioksidantlar, qalsiy, magniy va sink manbaiga boyligi bilan ahamiyatlidir.
