Abstract
Ushbu maqolada bozor munosabatlariga moslashish jarayonining ijtimoiy-psixologik tahlili keltirilgan. Tadqiqotda ichki va tashqi motivatsiya, psixologik tayyorgarlik darajasi hamda ijtimoiy qo‘llab-quvvatlash omillarining bozor sharoitlariga moslashuvdagi roli o‘rganildi. So‘rovnoma va eksperimental kuzatishlar asosida olingan ma'lumotlar ko‘rsatadiki, ichki motivatsiya va psixologik tayyorgarlik yuqori bo‘lgan shaxslar bozor talablariga samarali moslashadilar. Shuningdek, ijtimoiy qo‘llab-quvvatlashning yetishmasligi moslashuv jarayoniga salbiy ta’sir ko‘rsatishi aniqlandi.
