Abstract

Paxta sanoatida maxsulot namligini aniqlashda O‘zDst standartlariga muvofiq amalga oshirilmoqda. Jahon bozorida paxta tolasini raqobatbardoshliligini oshirish va uning sifatini yaxshilash uchun yangi va innovatsion texnologiyalar qo‘llanmoqda. Maxsulot sifatini oshirish va uni moviqlik darajasini aniqlashda jahon bozori talablaridan kelib chiqib maxsulot muvofiqlik darjasi va uni standartlariga ko‘ra baholash muxim sanaladi. Paxta namligi va tolasini namligi baholash O‘zDst ning berilgan standartlariga muvofiq baholab kelinmoqda. Bu maqolada bu sohadagi tahlilar va o‘zgarishlar o‘rganildi.
