Abstract
Ushbu maqola rahbarlarda uchraydigan emotsiyonal toliqish, uning kelib chiqish sabablari, xususiyatlari va toliqishni bartaraf etishga qaratilgan tavsiyalarni o‘z ichiga oladi. Rahbarlarda kelib chiqadigan emotsiyanal toliqishni keltirib chiqaruvchi omillar juda ko‘p bo‘lib, ularning namoyon bo‘lishi shaxsning individual xususiyatlariga ham bog’liq.
