Abstract

Ushbu maqolada GTL (tabiiy gazdan suyuq yoqilg'i olish) korxonalarida sintez-gaz ishlab chiqarishning asosiy bosqichi bo'lgan avtotermik reforming (ATR) jarayonini mukammal boshqarish tizimini ishlab chiqish masalalari yoritilgan. Tadqiqotda jarayonning termodinamik murakkabligi, harorat rejimini barqaror saqlash va xomashyo sarfini optimallashtirish muammolari tahlil qilingan. Avtotermik reforming qurilmasining matematik modeli asosida zamonaviy intellektual boshqarish algoritmlarini qo‘llash imkoniyatlari ko‘rib chiqilgan. Taklif etilayotgan tizim reaktor ichidagi ekzotermik va endotermik reaksiyalar muvozanatini aniq nazorat qilish orqali qurilmaning xavfsiz ish faoliyatini ta'minlash va iqtisodiy samaradorlikni oshirishga xizmat qiladi
