Abstract

Yo'l harakati xavfsizligini ta'minlash transport muhandislari orasida sog'liqni saqlash sohasidagi ustuvor vazifalardan biri bo'lib, unga katta e'tibor talab etiladi. Dunyo iqlim o'zgarishi bilan bog'liq ekstremal ob-havo hodisalarini boshdan kechirmoqda, bu esa atmosferada CO2 ning ko'tarilishi tufayli yuzaga keladi. Shuning uchun CO2 emissiyasini kamaytirish aksariyat rivojlangan mamlakatlarda asosiy siyosatga aylandi. Yevropa Ittifoqida transport CO2 chiqindilarining to'rtdan bir qismi uchun javobgardir, shundan 71,7% avtomobil transportiga to'g'ri keladi. Shunday qilib, yo'l transport vositalari chiqindilarining kamayishi umumiy CO2 emissiyasiga sezilarli ta'sir ko'rsatadi. Yevropa Ittifoqi Yashil bitimlar 1990-yilga nisbatan 2050-yilga kelib transportdan chiqadigan issiqxona gazlari emissiyasini 90 foizga kamaytirishga erishmoqchi. Ushbu maqsadga erishish oson bo'lmaydi, chunki chiqindilarni kamaytirish tezligi sekinlashdi va hozirgi prognozlarga ko'ra, 2050-yilga kelib transport chiqindilarining atigi  22 foiz  kamayishi kutilmoqda.
