Abstract
This article develops an adaptive management architecture for service enterprises operating in a market environment where customer expectations, digital channels, employee capability and operational reliability change faster than traditional administrative systems can respond. The research is prepared as a conceptual and applied study using secondary statistical evidence, international quality-management principles, digital transformation literature and service-management theory.
