Abstract

Ushbu maqolada talabalarda stress holati paytida yuzaga keladigan psixologik va kognitiv (bilish) faoliyatdagi o‘zgarishlar tahlil qilingan. Stressning diqqat, xotira, tafakkur va idrok jarayonlariga ta’siri, shuningdek, stressni boshqarish orqali kognitiv samaradorlikni oshirish yo‘llari yoritilgan.
