Abstract
Ushbu maqolada pedagogik mahorat tushunchasi, uning mazmun-mohiyati, o‘qituvchilik faoliyatidagi o‘rni hamda uni shakllantirishning asosiy yo‘nalishlari yoritilgan. Pedagogik mahorat – bu nafaqat bilim va ko‘nikmalar majmui, balki didaktik, psixologik va kommunikativ kompetensiyalar uyg‘unligidir. Maqolada zamonaviy ta’lim jarayonida pedagogik mahoratni rivojlantirish metodlari, shuningdek, o‘qituvchining shaxsiy va kasbiy sifatlarining ta’lim sifati va samaradorligiga ta’siri tahlil qilinadi. Mazkur tadqiqot natijalari pedagog kadrlar tayyorlash jarayonini takomillashtirishga xizmat qiladi.
