Hudud iqtisodiy tizimlarni boshqarish umuman milliy iqtisodiy o'sishning asosiy omili hisoblanadi. Hududlarning iqtisodiy o'sishiga mintaqaviy ta'lim tizimlarining ta'sirini baholashga asoslangan model taklif etiladi. Tadqiqot natijalari O‘zbekiston Respublikasi hudud universitetlari samaradorligini baholash va ta'lim tizimlari iqtisodiyotlarning ehtiyojlari o'rtasidagi tafovutlarni aniqlash imkonini beradi.
