Abstract

Ushbu maqolada qaytarilgan grafen oksidi (rGO) asosidagi superkondensator elektrodlari, ularning tuzilishi, xossalari va qo‘llanilish imkoniyatlari o‘rganilgan. Superkondensatorlar yuqori quvvat zichligi, tez zaryadlanish va uzoq muddat xizmat qilishi bilan ajralib turuvchi zamonaviy energiya saqlash qurilmalari hisoblanadi. Tadqiqotda grafen oksidini askorbin kislotasi yordamida ekologik xavfsiz usulda qaytarish orqali rGO olish usuli qo‘llanildi. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatdiki, rGO elektrodlari yuqori sirt maydoni va elektr o‘tkazuvchanligi tufayli yuqori sig‘im va barqaror sikl ishlashini ta’minlaydi.
