Abstract

Ushbu maqola tilshunoslikda gastronomik leksika tushunchasini, uning lingvistik xususiyatlarini va tadqiq yo‘nalishlarini chuqur o‘rganadi. Gastronomik leksika ovqat, ichimliklar va ovqatlanish jarayonlari bilan bog‘liq so‘zlar majmuini bildiradi va til orqali madaniyat, jamiyat va inson tajribasini aks ettiradi. Ushbu soha antropologik, kognitiv va sotsiolingvistik yo‘nalishlar bilan chambarchas bog‘liq bo‘lib, globallashuv sharoitida tilning o‘zgarishini yoritadi
