Abstract

          Ushbu maqolada antropogen omillar ta’sirida atrof-muhitga tarqalayotgan og’ir metallarning o’simlik hujayralaridagi biokimyoviy jarayonlarga ko’rsatadigan salbiy ta’siri atroflicha tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda metallarning hujayraga kirib borish yo’llari, oksidlovchi stress (ROS) hosil bo’lishi, fermentativ faollikning inaktivatsiyasi va fotosintez apparatining buzilish mexanizmlari yoritilgan. Shuningdek, o’simliklarning ushbu toksikantlarga qarshi adaptiv javob reaksiyalari, jumladan, fitoxelatinlar sintezi va vakuolyar sekvestratsiya jarayonlari bayon etilgan. Maqola ekologiya, o‘simliklar fiziologiyasi va biokimyosi sohasidagi mutaxassislar hamda talabalar uchun ilmiy manba bo‘lib xizmat qiladi.
