Abstract

Mazkur maqolada sog‘lom turmush tarzining turli kasalliklarni oldini olishdagi o‘rni tibbiy, pedagogik va ijtimoiy nuqtai nazardan tahlil qilinadi. Ratsional ovqatlanish, muntazam jismoniy faollik, yetarli uyqu, psixoemotsional barqarorlik, shaxsiy gigiena hamda zararli odatlardan voz kechish kabi omillar yurak-qon tomir, endokrin, nafas yo‘llari, ovqat hazm qilish, tayanch-harakat tizimi va ruhiy salomatlik bilan bog‘liq xastaliklar xavfini kamaytirishi yoritiladi. Tahlil natijasida sog‘lom turmush tarzi individual odatlar yig‘indisi emas, balki uzluksiz profilaktik tizim ekanligi asoslanadi.
