Abstract
Modern industrial agriculture relies heavily on synthetic chemicals to boost yield and control pests. However, growing epidemiological research links chronic, low-dose exposure to agricultural insecticides and pesticides with increased cancer risks. This article outlines key pathways of exposure, biological mechanisms, documented cancer links, and actionable policy solutions.
