Abstract
Ushbu maqolada yuz-jag‘ jarrohligida autolog trombotsit konsentratlari — trombotsitlarga boy plazma (platelet-rich plasma, PRP) va trombotsitlarga boy fibrin (platelet-rich fibrin, PRF) texnologiyalarining biologik asoslari, tayyorlash protokollari va klinik samaradorligi zamonaviy dalillar asosida tahlil qilindi. Adabiyotlar sintezi tish ekstraksiyasi va alveolyar ridge saqlanishi, uchinchi molyar jarrohligi, alveolyar augmentatsiya va yo‘naltirilgan suyak regeneratsiyasi, implantologiya, jag‘ sinishlari, yumshoq to‘qima bitishi hamda dori vositalari bilan bog‘liq jag‘ osteonekrozi kabi yo‘nalishlarni qamrab oldi.
