Abstract

Tizimli sklerodermiya, ya’ni tizimli skleroz, kam uchraydigan, ammo ko‘p a’zoli shikastlanish bilan kechadigan autoimmun biriktiruvchi to‘qima kasalligidir. Kasallikning markazida uchta yirik patobiologik halqa – immun tizimining disbalansi, mikrotomirlar zararlanishi va fibroblastlar faolligining oshishi natijasida kollagenning ortiqcha to‘planishi turadi.
