Abstract

Cho‘chqa grippi (swine influenza, asosan influenza A virusining H1N1 varianti) – cho‘chqalar orasida keng tarqalgan respirator kasallik bo‘lib, vaqti-vaqti bilan odamlarga ham yuqishi mumkin. 2009-yildagi global pandemiyadan so‘ng H1N1pdm09 shtammi mavsumiy gripp viruslari tarkibiga kirib qoldi va hozirgi kunda odamlar orasida oddiy mavsumiy gripp sifatida muomalada. Shu bilan birga, cho‘chqalardan kelib chiqqan variant viruslar (variant influenza viruses, masalan H1N1v, H1N2v, H3N2v) vaqti-vaqti bilan odamlarda sporadik holatlarda qayd etilmoqda, lekin ular odatda odamdan-odamga barqaror tarqalmaydi.
