Abstract

Urbanizatsiya jarayonining jadallashuvi aholi ruhiy salomatligiga sezilarli ta'sir ko'rsatmoqda. Ushbu maqolada shahar yashil maydonlari (parklar, bog'lar, skverlar) va aholining surunkali stress darajasi o'rtasidagi korrelyatsiya so'nggi ilmiy adabiyotlar asosida tahlil qilinadi. Natijalar shuni ko'rsatadiki, yashil hududlarga yaqinlik kortizol gormoni darajasini pasaytiradi va psixologik tiklanishni tezlashtiradi.
