Mazkur maqolada firma foydasini maksimallashtirish iqtisodiy nazariyaning markaziy kategoriyalaridan biri sifatida tahlil qilinadi. Foyda tushunchasining mazmuni, uning shakllanish mexanizmlari va bozor sharoitidagi ahamiyati chuqur ilmiy yondashuv asosida yoritiladi. Tadqiqot davomida foydani maksimallashtirish g‘oyasining klassik va zamonaviy talqinlari, ushbu maqsadga erishishda narx, xarajat, ishlab chiqarish hajmi va bozor tuzilmasining o‘zaro bog‘liqligi ochib beriladi. Shuningdek, foydani maksimallashtirishning amaliy chegaralari, institutsional va xulq-atvoriy omillar ta’siri ham tahlil qilinadi. Olingan xulosalar foydani maksimallashtirish firmalar faoliyatining yagona maqsadi emas, balki strategik barqarorlik bilan uyg‘un holda amalga oshirilishi zarurligini asoslab beradi.
