Abstract

Musiqa inson turining asosiy atributidir. Deyarli barcha madaniyatlar, eng ibtidoiylaridan tortib eng ilg‘orlarigacha, musiqa yaratadilar. Bu tarix davomida to‘g‘ri bo‘lgan va bu insonning butun umri davomidagi haqiqatdir. Turli xil tadqiqotlar guruhi musiqa inson salomatligi va ishlashini yaxshilashi mumkinligini ko‘rsatadi. Hozirgi maqolada musiqaning insonning sog‘lig‘iga ta’siri va musiqaning foydali tomonlarini ko‘rib chiqamiz.
