Ushbu maqolada zamonaviy menejment usullarining zamonaviy tashkilotlar faoliyatida tutgan o‘rni, ularning samaradorligi va amaliyotga tatbiq etish yo‘llari o‘rganilgan. Xususan, Agile, gibrid menejment, o‘zgarishlarni boshqarish (Change Management) va texnologik menejment yondashuvlari tahlil qilinib, ularning global va mintaqaviy (O‘zbekiston) doiradagi qo‘llanilish statistik ko‘rsatkichlari asosida yoritilgan. Masalan, 2024 yilda kompaniyalarning 24,6 foizi Agile uslubini, 31,5 foizi esa gibrid menejment modelini qo‘llagani aniqlangan
