Abstract
Ushbu maqolada yashil iqtisodiyotga o‘tish jarayonida go‘sht ishlab chiqarish samaradorligini oshirishning ekologik, iqtisodiy va innovatsion yo‘llari tahlil etiladi. Go‘sht yetishtirish qishloq xo‘jaligi tarmoqlari ichida eng ko‘p resurs sarflaydigan va muhitga ta’sir ko‘rsatuvchi jarayonlardan biri hisoblanadi. Shu sababli, go‘sht ishlab chiqarishni ekologik talablarga moslashtirish, resurslardan tejab-tergab foydalanish, chiqindilarni qayta ishlash, hayvonlarni tabiiy sharoitlarga yaqin muhitda boqish va energiyaning qayta tiklanuvchi manbalaridan foydalanish kabi yondashuvlarning ahamiyati ortib bormoqda.
