Abstract

Mazkur maqolada UV/Vis spektrofotometriyasi yordamida 
moddalarni miqdoriy aniqlashning nazariy asoslari, eksperimental sharoitlari va amaliy 
ahamiyati keng tahlil qilinadi. UV/Vis spektrofotometriyasi molekulalarning 
elektromagnit nurlanishni yutish qobiliyatiga asoslanib, ma’lum bir to‘lqin uzunligida 
yutilish spektrlarini qayd qilish orqali moddaning konsentratsiyasini aniqlash imkonini 
beradi. Ushbu texnika yuqori sezgirlik va aniqlikka ega bo‘lib, biologik suyuqliklar, 
farmatsevtik preparatlar, oziq-ovqat va atrof-muhit namunalarida turli moddalarning 
kimyoviy tarkibini tahlil qilishda keng qo‘llaniladi.
