Abstract
In this article, the scientific-theoretical aspects of the financial market are studied, as well as the dynamics of stock market instruments. Also, the change of the Republican stock exchange index due to several factors was analyzed. The problems that negatively affect the market value of joint-stock company shares in the stock market of Uzbekistan have been identified, and relevant proposals and conclusions have been made regarding their elimination. Key words: stock market, securities, capital, shares, bonds, financial instruments. The article examines the scientific and theoretical aspects of the financial market and analyzes the dynamics of stock exchange instruments.
