Аннотация

Современное образование в обществе, основанно на знаниях; рассмотрены основные направления изменений,  которые происходят  в институте образования в условиях глобализации (структурные, функциональные, организационные). Обоснованы перспективные направления государственной политики в сфере высшего образования, изучен ряд проблем, связанных с привыканием индивидов к современным тенденциям развития образования .
