Abstract
Ushbu maqolada keksa va qarilik yoshidagi bemorlarda son suyagi bo‘ynining eskirgan (3 haftadan yuqori) sinishlarini zamonaviy jarrohlik usullari — an’anaviy osteosintez, bir bosqichli artroplastika hamda innovatsion "Dual Mobility" (DM) endoprotezlash texnologiyasi asosida chuqur qiyosiy tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotlar an’anaviy usullarning yuqori asoratlanish darajasini ko‘rsatib, erta faollashuvni ta’minlovchi endoprotezlash usullarining, xususan DM-THA ning ustunligini yoritadi.
Shuningdek, 2024-2025 yillardagi xalqaro yo‘riqnomalarga asosan, operatsiyadan keyingi kompleks ortogeriatrik yordam, multidisiplinar yondashuv va osteoporozning maqsadli farmakologik terapiyasi bo‘yicha optimallashtirilgan tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
